ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1.We have a limited schedule this Labor Day weekend.
Friday: 6:30 & 7:30pm classes cancelled
Monday: 6:30 & 7:30pm classes cancelled
All other classes will run as normal. There will still be yoga on Sunday.
2. Are you competing in next months Femme Royale? Are you obsessing over the workouts and feel like you could use a little help? Or maybe you just want to workout with the girls who’ll be competing along side you from the Apollo family. This Saturday at 9am we will be hosting a Femme Royale prep class. Come join us as Kelly Love helps you with specific movements seen in the competition and appropriate strategies and more.
