I’ve been involved in athletics and fitness for most of my life. Playing everything from Soccer in high school to racing go-karts when I was only 5 years old. I started lifting weights when I was 14 years old and never looked back. Once I joined the United States Air Force I immediately became a PTL (Physical Training Leader). I’ve maintained that position for 5 years both conducting fitness evaluations and training individuals towards their fitness goals. I discovered CrossFit in 2013, at that time obtained my CrossFit Level 1 certification and helped setup/run a CrossFit affiliate on Nellis AFB. I’m currently pursuing my Bachelors degree in Kinesiological Sciences. Outside of the gym I love spending time working on my car and watching every sports show imaginable.
