What: Our Foundations program is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small group setting. Athletes will graduate Foundations with a basic understanding of CrossFit methodology, including fundamental movements, proper warm-ups, nutrition and mobility.
Who: Everyone new to CrossFit.
When: Scheduled at either 4:30 or 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
How Many Sessions: 4 Foundations classes.
