If you're new to CrossFit, you'll want to go through our Foundations program. Foundations is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small group setting (no more than 3 in a class). After these 4, one hour classes, you will graduate with a basic understanding of CrossFit methodology, including fundamental movements, proper warm-ups, nutrition and mobility.

Our teens program is designed to develop body awareness and physical capabilities of young adults. Whether they are looking to try something new, or simply looking to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Our programming will push them physically and mentally, but will not break them down. Our class is safe and effective for young adults of all levels and fitness backgrounds.

Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify your fitness ambitions, assess your movement, and design a program to enable you to achieve your health and fitness goals as quickly as possible.

A "Full Session" is 60 minutes of a specifically designed program predetermined to help best fit your needs. No matter your goals, we are here to help.

A "Skill Session" is 30 minutes of one-on-one attention focusing on a specific exercise. This is ideal for those movements giving you the most trouble (Olympic lifts or gymnastics).
