Want to improve your mobility and recover from each week’s workouts? That was rhetorical, of course you do!  Normally I remind you guys to mobilize every week, but before today I haven’t given you much direction.  That all changes today, now I will post a mobility video weekly based on our programming.  The goal is to improve your recovery from the comfort of your own home.  I hope you guys enjoy!
