    1.Paleo Challenge starts on September 15th. Make sure you register now at http://www.lurongliving.com/challenge/. Once our affiliate gets 20 people registered the prizes increase greatly. For more info on the paleo diet use the link. The website explains everything in great detail. On the 13th we will weigh in, take measurements and answer any last minute questions.

    2.Apollo Member Appreciation Event is on September 13th, from 2pm-8pm. This will involve swimming, poker, pool and lots of fun. We will be providing the food and entertainment so don’t worry. Just bring your personality. There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk to help us get a head count. We encourage EVERYONE to come.

    2. Are you competing in next months Femme Royale? Are you obsessing over the workouts and feel like you could use a little help? Or maybe you just want to workout with the girls who’ll be competing along side you from the Apollo family. This Saturday at 9am we will be hosting a Femme Royale prep class. Come join us as Kelly Love helps you with specific movements seen in the competition and appropriate strategies and more.
