    The Apollo Open Team Competition:
    This year we will be putting a new spin on the CrossFit Open. We host an in-house, team competition to go alongside the Open. It will involve teams of four, two athletes from scaled division and two from RX. We will draw these names out of a hat so each team will be created randomly. This will be a great way to interact with some new members at the gym and make the open fun for everyone. You do not have to sign up for the open to participate in this competition, although we encourage everyone to do so anyway. Sign up sheets will be at the front desk starting Monday, January 26th.
