30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Our Grand Opening is November 19th. Fight Gone Bad will be our workout and some grub afterward. So everyone needs to make it! Invite friends and family and strangers on the street.
