So everyone should be registering for the CrossFit Games Open by now. Go to games.crossfit.com to sign up. Even if you don’t think you’ll make it to the games you should sign up for the experience. It’s cool to be able to compare yourself with the rest of the world. It’s also a good way to keep track of your scores for next year when we repeat the open WODs.
Also, today we are starting our 7am class. It will only be a Monday, Wednesday and Friday class for now. If attendance is high then we will extend it to five days a week.
