This is the 1st workout we have ever named after one of our members. John Powers is an amazing motivator, friend and all around great person. John is moving tomorrow to continue his education and profession. This WOD is a team workout because even when John was working his hardest he was cheering on the rest of the class. Don’t forget us John!!!
