    This Saturday we will be hosting a goal setting meeting at 11:30. We will develop our goals for the new year! If you can’t make it Saturday, don’t worry, you can still write your goals next week. Hope to see you there!

    We will be participating in the Lurong Resolution Challenge that starts on January the 19th. This is a 5 week challenge that has 3 different diet levels to choose from. It will be a great way to start out the new year.
