ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Our new 7am class will begin on Monday February 4th. This class will only be a Mon, Wed and Friday class until we see that attendance goes up. We will not keep this class if attendance is low.
- Grass Fed Beef sign up is over. Money is Due Before closing on Wednesday.
- CrossFit Open registration starts January 30th. Go to Games.CrossFit.com for more details. Actual competion starts on March 6th.
- Saturday February 2nd we will be hosting a 24 hour WOD. 10 Minutes of Work (easy/very light) 50 Minutes Rest.We will begin the first WOD at 6 am and finish the last one at 5:10am the next morning. More Details to follow.
