  • This Saturday after our 11am class we will be holding a goal setting pot luck. Bring something to share and come ready with some goals in mind. It should be a lot of fun.
  • Our morning schedule changes starting next Monday the 13th. Classes will be: 5:15am, 8:30am, 9:30am and 11:30am.
  • Starting Saturday the 18th we will be adding a new class. The new times will be: 10:30am and 11:30am
