We are finally open! This entire week of classes is free. All classes this week will be CrossFit classes and easily scalable for anyone that would like to try. October 22nd and 29th are free to anyone that would like to come check us out. Spread the word and share the pain! Our Grand Opening event will be November 5th to celebrate our opening.
