As a Team of 4 complete:
- 1000 Meter row
- 100 Sit ups
- Sled Pull
- 100 K2E
- Sled Pull
- 100 Squats
- Sled Pull
- 100 SDLHP
- Sled Pull
- 100 Sit ups
- Sand Bag Carry
*Only one team member will be working at a time and all reps are consecutive. 100 reps total as a group. Sled pull will be completed by only two team members on the rope at a time, pulling ten yards.
Today is a team workout. It should be fun so everyone try and make it. Best of all it is free for anyone that wants to check out a class. So invite your friends!
Our Grand Opening is one week away. Not this Saturday but the following will be a celebration of our opening. Fight Gone Bad will be our workout and some grub afterward. So everyone needs to make it! Invite friends and family and strangers on the street. Everyone is welcome.
