“It’s imperative that when power movements (i.e. power clean, power snatch) show up in the program that your focused on your footwork. A missed power movement should simply be a full squat. I will go into this in more detail on my blog tomorrow but make sure that you are focusing on your feet and not simply trying to get the weight to the finished position regardless of technical error. The lift should look exactly the same except for depth.”
