  • **If you are competing this weekend I recommend not doing this WOD. You should still stay active today and do some light lifting focusing on mechanics. Also doing some moderate weight on squats (focusing on speed) would be a good idea.
    ANNOUNCEMENTS:

    • We will be canceling our 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30pm classes this Friday so we can prep for the Apollo Games
    • Apollo Games is this Saturday from 8am-5pm, so come and support our athletes!
