This Saturday at 1pm we will be having our first SEALFit Saturday at the Butterfly Park. For the next two weeks we will post a SEALFit video to help get you pumped up. These classes will be HARD. Normally our workouts don’t last longer than 45 minutes. SEALFit will never be less than 45 minutes. We work for a long duration. So if you come always remember that we never quit and we work HARD. Anyone is welcome and remember everything is scalable:)
