20 Minute Clock:
*Increase by 5 Thrusters every round.
*Thrusters must be unbroken
For Example: If on your round of 20 thrusters you only complete 12 unbroken, run 200 meters and finish the next 8 reps before starting your 400 meter run and on to the round of 25 thrusters.
