  • 15-Thrusters (95/65)
  • 15-C2B Pull Ups
  • **If you get 3 rounds then you qualify for another 4 minute WOD. If you complete another three rounds then you qualify for another 4 minute AMRAP… Etc….

    B) 10 Rounds:

  • 30 seconds Hollow Rock Hold
  • 30 seconds rest
