Dennis Cole: 18th place in the World and is going to the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games in California this summer!!!!!!

Shawn Woods: 9th place in the Southwest Region and heading to Colorado in May!!!

Chad Cole: 10th place in the Southwest Region and heading to Colorado in May!!!

    First time doing Fran . What a tough WOD. On the surface, it doesn’t look hlrriboe, but after those thrusters, your arms are wasted for the pull ups (ring rows for me). Great job to all in the 5:30 class!
