This WOD will be a suprise and will be announced during class time.
If you cannot make these night classes then do the following
Run 5k Or Throw a Tennis ball against a wall for 30 minutes. Seriously!
ANNOUNCEMENT!!!—- No Classes on Saturday. Only 6pm and 7pm classes on Thursday and Friday. This is because of the Games this weekend. We are going down to root on for Dennis competing in the Masters Competition.
