This Weeks programming will be pulled out of a bag. We have 22 different WODs posted on our wall. Each morning the 5am class will pull a WOD out of a brown bag to see what everyone will be doing that day. This should be a fun and interesting way to do the programming. This is not at all how we normally do our programming but it should be a fun twist this week. Come in to see which WODs we have done and which are still up. Good Luck!

Two Announcements:

  1. Paleo Challenge Starts September 10th. We will be having a meeting this Saturday at 12 to go over details. It is a 30 day challenge with prizes to help motivate. Be sure to show up This Saturday for all event details. If you cannot make it make sure talk to Chad or Courtney anytime after this Saturday.
  2. There will be a fundraising event on September 22nd call “CrossFit for a Wish’. Go to link to register http://www.crossfitforawish.com. Net proceeds from the event will go to the Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada chapter.
