- Paleo Challenge Starts September 10th. We will be having a meeting this Saturday at 12 to go over details. It is a 30 day challenge with prizes to help motivate. Be sure to show up This Saturday for all event details. If you cannot make it make sure talk to Chad or Courtney anytime after this Saturday.
- There will be a fundraising event on September 22nd call “CrossFit for a Wish’. Go to link to register http://www.crossfitforawish.com. Net proceeds from the event will go to the Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada chapter.
