A)Front Squats:
**Once you finish your set at 90% go all the way back where you came from, ending with 3@40%
**Please have your weights figured out before coming in the gym to help speed things up.
**If you don’t know your 1Rep, then you will spend this time making one.
B) 7 Minute Ladder:
**Keep increasing the Wall Balls by 3 reps every round. The T2B will always be at 3.
