CrossFit Apollo tore up the competition today at the Police & Fire Games. Chad finished 2nd, Brando took 5th, Vince took 6th and all our other athletes were not far behind. Great job to Matt Garcia, Jason & Brandi Lafreniere, Chad, Courtney, Louis, Vince and Brando! And thanks to everyone who came our to support, Apollo had a great showing.

Congrats to athlete Abbey Wilkins today as well she took 2nd place in the Great Lakes Challenge!
