A)Front Squats:

  • 3@40% of 1RM
  • 3@50%
  • 3@60%
  • 3@70%
  • 3@80%
  • 3+@90%
  • **Once you finish your set at 90% go all the way back where you came from, ending with 3@40%
    **Please have your weights figured out before coming in the gym to help speed things up.
    **If you don’t know your 1Rep, then you will spend this time making one.

    B) 7 Minute Ladder:

  • 3-Strict T2B
  • 3-Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 3-Strict T2B
  • 6-Wall Balls
  • 3-Strict T2B
  • 9-Wall Balls
  • **Keep increasing the Wall Balls by 3 reps every round. The T2B will always be at 3.
