Our class program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. Foundations

If you’re new to CrossFit, you’ll want to go through our Foundations program. Foundations is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small group setting (no more than 3 in a class). After these 4, one-hour classes, you will graduate with a basic understanding of CrossFit methodology, including fundamental movements, proper warm-ups, nutrition and mobility.

Teens/Kids

Our teens program is designed to develop body awareness and physical capabilities of young adults. Whether they are looking to try something new, or simply looking to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Our programming will push them physically and mentally, but will not break them down. Our class is safe and effective for young adults of all levels and fitness backgrounds.

Nutrition

Being healthy, happy, and fit takes way more than going to the gym.

Our coaches will give you a personalized nutrition plan created just for you and your needs, accountability, and community support to maintain life-long healthy habits.

This program is for everyone – from the athlete who needs to figure out how to find an extra edge in their training to achieve their competitive goals, to the person who just wants to improve their body composition to be a happier, healthier person.
