Today is January 1st. You know what that means… Goals! We should always have goals in our lives. Whether they be personal, family, physical or spiritual, we should always be striving to be better. So lets write these goals down. Tomorrow after your WOD we will be giving everyone a sheet of paper to take home to fill out goals. Lets take it seriously and try and challenge ourselves this year. Lets make 2012 great!
