Welcome to another edition of the Sunday blog! We all have those moments in a tough workout where complicated movements become harder to perform well. We’re tired, our heart rate is spiked and breathing never felt more difficult. In that moment it’s never been more important to focus on the task at hand and still knock out perfect reps. Now under the most difficult circumstances you are still developing good muscle memory that will drastically increase the rate at which you will improve. There are a great many times when your body will convince you that doing subpar reps might be a good idea. When you can learn to ignore that thought everything will start to get better.
