Happy Sunday! We’re back for another week of the blog. Today’s topic is about making smart food choices. Quite a while ago we discussed in length how harmful excessive sugar can be to our health. Lowering our consumption of sugar can have dramatic effect on our day to day lives. There are so many great articles to help educate us on the subject it’s hard to pick just one.
