The 2014 Reebok Crossfit Open is here! What is the Open? It is a world wide online competition held every year and the start of the road to the Crossfit Games. While your goal may not be to compete at the games, the Open is intended for EVERYONE! It is a great way to test your fitness and push yourself to a whole new level in the comfort of your own gym. We had great participation last year and I hope we have the same this year. Besides, we are doing the workouts regardless, so you may as well sign up and see how you compare to the rest of the region
