    Lurong Challenge
As you may know we are starting another LuRong challenge this month. It was so successful last time we had a few people ask if we would participate in this upcoming challenge. This link explains the 3 different diet levels available.

The challenge starts January 19 and we will be weighing in a few days before. We will let you know when once we set a date.

Go to Lurong to register under our affiliate.

If you did not attend our goal setting meeting on Saturday, make sure you write your goals down on our new board this week. We will be hanging them up sometime next week. When setting/writing your goals, keep these things in mind: 1) Make sure they are big scary goals. Challenging yet achievable 2) You must set a deadline! 3) Your goals must be measurable (ex: “I will back squat 200 pounds by 6/1/2015” NOT just “I want my squat to increase.”
Lastly, there is a sheet at the front desk for you to fill out if you want us to hold you accountable. Use this resource to achieve your goals this year!
