Welcome to CrossFit Apollo’s blog. Every day we will post the WOD (Workout of the Day) and other information keeping you updated on all the happenings in our gym.

Today is the last day of our free week of classes. Over 30 new people have come tried our classes and survived so don’t be nervous. October 22nd and 29th are free to anyone that would like to come check us out. Spread the word and share the pain! Our Grand Opening event will be November 5th to celebrate our opening.

All Monday, Wednesday and Friday Classes starting Monday, for the next TWO weeks, will be foundations classes to get everyone started on the right track. Don’t worry, you can still come to anyone of our CrossFit classes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for a great workout even if you have not completed foundations.
