A) Front Squat: 20 Minutes

  • 10@ Empty Bar
  • 10@ 45% of 1RM
  • 10@ 55%
  • 5@ 65%
  • 5@ 75%
  • 5+@ 85%

**Once you finish your set at 90% go all the way back where you came from, ending with 3@40%
**Please have your weights figured out before coming in the gym to help speed things up.
**If you don’t know your 1Rep, then you will spend this time making one.

B) 10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 15-Power Cleans (95/65)
  • 30-Double Unders
  • On November 16th, we will be hosting our second annual Apollo Games. This will be a one day event consisting of 5 scored workouts. Only 4 athletes from each division move onto the final workout.

    The event will start at roughly 8:30am.
