Membership has started so if you plan on signing up or even checking out a class, data needs to be entered to get things squared away so we can get back to the fun stuff… Blood, sweat, vomit and tears AKA CrossFit:) So Please show up 30 minutes early to class to get it out of the way. All Monday, Wednesday and Friday Classes starting today, for the next TWO weeks, will be foundations classes to get everyone started on the right track. Don’t worry, you can still come to anyone of our CrossFit classes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for a great workout even if you have not completed foundations.
