I contemplated posting this video, only because everyone is going to try and match/beat this guy. I don’t blame you. I’m going to try. Awesome!
Dear Apollo Athletes (yes that means everyone),
We know this week has been hard… Very Hard!! Your bodies are tired, worn down, and overworked. There was a method to this madness. We were eager to find your 1 rep lifts so that we can implement a small strength program and improve on those numbers. We hope that you have been keeping track of your lifts this week. Be sure to bring them in to the gym everyday so we can use them as a resource in your future WODs.
