    Looking back at last Friday’s results, I am pleased to say that as a gym we have made significant increases in just 5 weeks. However it seems that eating clean pays off. “Non Paleo” athletes improved by an average of 6% while “Paleo” athletes improved by 11%. Almost twice as much.
