Okay so I know a lot of us tore last week in that burpee/pull up WOD. Don’t let this workout scare you today. If you want to substitute ring rows for the pull ups that will be fine. Its not a big deal! All you “RXers” out there..



We are putting together a CrossFit Apollo Softball team to play every Sunday night at Big League Dreams. If you have never been there, it is something else. Let Chad know when you come in if you are interested. It will cost close to $80 a person. This will include your league fees and t shirt. The league starts at the end of the month so if we are going to do this we need to be signed up ASAP. Only let Chad know if you are 100% in.
