A) Back Squat:

  • 12 @60% of 1RM
  • 10 @70% of 1RM
  • 8 @80% of 1RM
  • 6 @85% of 1RM
  • 4 @90% of 1RM
  • 2 @95% of 1RM
    ➢ All reps must be completed.
    ➢ Sets do NOT need to be unbroken.
    ➢ Example: If on your set of 8 you only do 5 reps, rack it, take a breath and hit it again for the last three reps before increasing weight.
