Time for a new strength cycle! This time we will focus on upper body strength along with squats. The open revealed a weakness in upper body for many of us.

A) Find 1 rep max back squat

B) Find 1 rep max bench press

C) 5 min AMRAP

  • Burpee box jump overs

    If nothing else, make sure you are logging your 1 rep maxes and all “girl” name workouts. We will be basing the next several weeks program off these numbers.


  • We will be participating in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on May 3rd in Downtown Las Vegas. Everyone should sign up and join us for a great cause. This race is a 5k and starts at approximately 8am. You can join our team, “CrossFit Apollo”, registration is only $25. Sign up soon!
