Memorial Day — Only 10 am class/BBQ


  • Run 1 Mile
  • 100-Pull Ups
  • 200-Push Ups
  • 300-Squats
  • Run 1 Mile

**Wear a 20lb vest if you have one**

**You can partition your reps however you want. You cannot break up the miles. Those are done at the beginning and end of the WOD**

Today will be open for our “Memorial Day Murph” at 10 am. This will be our ONLY class of the day. This will also be a BBQ!! So bring something to share. We will provide the burgers and hot dogs, we just ask that everyone else bring a side to share.

We will be closed Friday and Saturday (May 31st-June 1st) because of Regionals. We will be back to a normal schedule starting June 3rd.
