A) 3-3-3-3-3-3-3—Push Press

**This is set up like a Pyramid. The first 4 sets should be building in weight with the 4th being the heaviest. The last 3 sets should be identical to the first 3, descending in weight, with the 7th set being equal to the first.

B) 5 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10-HSPU
  • 10-Box Jumps (30/24)
