20 Minute EMOM:

  • Even: 3-Squat Cleans
  • Odd: 10-Push Ups
  • **You can move up and down in weight between rounds**
    **If you easily can complete 10 Push ups with a perfect plank, use the rings**

    The Grass Fed Beef order will be delivered to the gym at 10am on Thursday. Be sure to come pick it up before 2pm. If you cannot make it before 2 then please have someone pick it up for you. Let us know who will be taking it for you.

    The Zone Challenge weigh in and workout starts this saturday at 10am. Be sure to ask us any questions you have about the challenge. Monica will be the best one to talk to about this.
