    Congrats to all the ladies who threw down this weekend at The Femme Royale. Everyone killed it. Abbey and Amber won 1st place followed closely by Kristin and Amy in 2nd place. Great job ladies!!

    Apollo Games Event 2:
    5 Minutes to find 1RM Snatch
    *Athletes may use any variation of the snatch. You may also go from the hang. Athletes can take as many lifts as needed within the 5 minute cap.

    The Final WOD will be released after the 3rd event is complete on the day of competition. Only the the top 4 athletes in each division will qualify for the final workout. There are only 30 spots left so sign up here: Apollo Games
