This Saturday we invited a weightlifting coach to give a 3 hour seminar on the Snatch. Spots are limited to 12 athletes. You must be an Apollo member. Cost is $75 paid to the instructor. There will be a sign up sheet at the gym. Seminar goes from 12-3pm.
