  • 10@45% of 1RM (One Rep Max)
  • 10@55%
  • 5@65%
  • 5@75%
  • 5+@85%

**Then go back, finishing at 10@Empty Barbell

**If you don’t know your 1RM, you will be finding your 1RM

Please have your weights figured out before class to save time. Its not the end of the world if you don’t come prepared but it will help save time.
