Welcome to CrossFit Apollo’s blog. Every day we will post the WOD (Workout of the Day) and other information keeping you updated on all the happenings in our gym.

We are finally open today! This entire week of classes is free. All classes will be CrossFit classes this week easily scalable for anyone that would like to try.

October 22nd and 29th are free to anyone that would like to come check us out. Spread the word and share the pain! Our Grand Opening event will be November 5th to celebrate our opening.
