When and how did you get started with us?
2014 of November I remember driving past every day in my work truck and telling myself I should stop in and take a look. I even remember driving through the parking lot to see you guys running. It was like watching the movie 300 in 3-D. I got started here from a gas leak call you guys called about, one of the runners smelled gas behind the building we run behind. So after I fixed it I came in and became a cool kid.

 Favorite workout?
All Honor workouts, I have a sense of duty to make sure I’m at every one you guys support. I’ve never missed one and I’ll take a day off work to be there with all you guys. They deserve the respect and motivation plus I love eating Labellas pizza thanks to Pat and Andrea’s after Maltz haha.

 Least favorite workout?
So when I joined I remember telling myself “hey this is easy, no running” because my short legs weren’t designed for distance. First day….running. I hate running. Hence why I don’t look at the workout until I walk in and realize only the track stars are here.

 What’s the wallpaper on your phone right now?
It’s a picture of my 2 little daughters sitting at the shores of Lake mead at Sunset. Oh can I add I take professional IPhone photos for anyone for $100 a picture? Make sure that’s in there please. You know what, change that to $120. Your writing this down right?

 What’s the best cheat meal you had over the holidays?
2 dozen white chocolate macadamia nut cookies! In two days! I gained 10 pounds this holiday.

 What’s the last thing you searched for on Google?
How to pronounce Naughty and Knotty. I was having an argument over it saying it sounded the same and the other person said they sound different. Try it they sound exactly alike I sware.

 If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?
A Labrador Retriever. I would be able to hunt more often or be a bomb dog for military or police.

 You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why?
“Sergeant Green” anytime I get pulled into the Art room to color with my girls I can’t seem to find a green anywhere to match pictures I’m making. They must be made in China.

The holidays are over, and the Sunday blog is back!  This week we’ll have a goal board set up.  The idea is set a CrossFit related goal, and work towards achieving it over the next twelve months.  So, in the spirit of what I’m calling “Goal Week,” I’ve found a very informative article.  It list a series of steps to help our goals yield positive effects and become achievable.  I hope you enjoy!
